Carry Handle for Voron 0

This is a basic strong handle for a Voron 0.x with no tophat. It is large enough to be comfortable and strong enough to trust carrying it around. Designed to be mounted with M3x8mm BHCS to the 15mm extrusion on top of the printer. I would recommend at least 4 perimeters and ~40% infill or higher for best strength. Works well with PLA, I haven't tested it with other materials.
