Basket Liner for Lectric Bike XP 3.0 Rear Basket

This Liner fits in the large (18" X 13 ½") Lectric bike basket to keep small items from falling out of the large openings in the basket. It fits fairly snug and the ears on the side keep it from bouncing out. The sides have enough flex in them to allow for installation.

The liner is too big to print at one time on the printer. I have divided it into 4 parts within Prusaslicer and have put in dowels to help align it after printing. The dowel holes are sized so that filament can be used for the dowels.

After printing I “welded” it together with a soldering tool and used filament as a “welding rod”.
