Universal Tensile Testing Machine V2 (REMIX) +UPGRADES

- 500kg load cell https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32866914213.html (200-300kg probably would be more than enough, as without upgrades I wouldn't be comfortable running more than 150kg loads on the machine).

MAKE SURE TO ADJUST THE FILES FOR THE PARTS YOU WILL BE USING.

The Specimen Holders and the Gripping Block are designed to be CNC'ed from tool steel. If you will be 3D printing them, make adjustments.

I tested how printing speeds affect the layer adhesion of PLA filaments with this machine:

UPGRADES in use:

Small changes like rounded corners and adjusted hole size and position to the parts that I had on hand plus custom parts to fit my electronics (LK5 touchscreen and motherboard) and made custom test specimen holders.

(UPGRADE 21024-05-13) I also added a second aluminum extrusion to stiffen the frame.
