Wago 221-2411 Clip

The Wago 221-2411 is a popular spring clamp splice, perfect for quickly connecting e.g. the LED bar or fans on the top of an enclosure to the power supply in the bottom. The model provides a way to clip multiple instances together. If you need more, just combine them together in the slicer.

Print with a filament able to take some stress without breaking such as PETG. Some amount of force is needed to insert the clamp.

Important: Use layer height of 0.1 mm for layers

• 1.2 - 1.6 mm
• 2.2 - 2.7 mm

A model in FreeCAD is attached as well. In addition to the standard setup the Lattice2 add-on is necessary and creating the mesh should be performed with the Mephisto generator; the default one creates a problematic stl.
