A neat and easy to install octoprint enclosure to fit an Ender 5 / Pro
Unlike other similar designs the base of this enclosure is separate from the upper half so installation is much simpler
This design is to suit a Raspberry Pi 3B+
You will require:
4x M3 x 10mm countersunk bolts - For joining the two halves
4x M3 x 10mm bolts - For mounting the Pi
8x M3 Nuts
Technically the pi needs smaller bolts but M3 bolts will fit with a little persuasion.
The screen should mount with the original bolts.
To power my Pi I use an "Up Angled" Micro USB Male to USB cable which is plugged in to a Buck Converter mounted inside my Ender 5's Enclosure. You will most likely need to do something similar.

Printer:
Ender 5
Rafts:
Yes
Supports:
Yes
Resolution:
0.2
Infill:
15
Filament:
Anycubic PLA Red
Notes:
I don't normally use a raft to print but for the upper half it proved necessary to stop the thin edges lifting off the bed.
The upper half will also require supports, I used tree supports.
Rotate both parts to print with the base on the bed
