Quad Magnetic M5 PTFE Connector

This adds a magnetic PTFE tube connector to the top of your extruder. If you are changing filament a lot it is a pain to load it in from so far away, pushing the filament through a long tube. With the magnetic connector I can just push the filament through and when it gets to the end I snap it onto the top of the extruder.

I changed the connector to accept an M5 Double nipple. I also thickened the wall around the thread.
