This a black powder horn that can hold about a half a pound of powder and is worn under the arm. This is used to carry powder safely for muskets. The cap needs to be attached with epoxy so that it never comes out. The end of the horn needs to have a ziptie put around it and epoxy put around the ziptie, smeared to the very end of the horn(smallest end). Doing this will increase the strength of the end so that the plug can be used without breaking the wall. (learned from experience.) I haven't modeled a plug for this, I just whittled down a piece of wood (any would work) to fit the hole. I ended up sanding it down a little to far so I put a shrink wrap tube on it to make up for it. Everything else can be done with creativity.

THIS WILL NOT BE WATER TIGHT OFF THE BED. I used an elmers type glue to fill holes then spray painted brown to look good.

Print Settings: 4walls 99%infill  ←for strongest walls but you can do whatever you feel comfortable with.

I USED SUPPORTS FOR BOTH PARTS BUT I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET AWAY WITHOUT USING ANY FOR THE HORN PART NOT THE CAP.

Please post makes of finished horns, I'd love to see your spin on this.
