Differences of the remix compared to the original
In order to connect the screen, you will need to solder some small pieces of wire to the exposed metal connectors on the board and then add a connector you have available, personally I used JST-XH. I have included an image that @chrisbarratt_1671653 has kindly provided showing the wiring location along with colour sequence.

After printing and trying chrisbarratt's awesome looking angled screen mount, I found my 2.8" discovery screen had an odd 5mm offset to the right. I figured I would remix and make available just in case anyone else comes across this. I added Zer0-bit's logo for kicks and to fill the extra space on the left side :)
I have also made the front plate a little thicker to allow for the logo and to strengthen the bottom cover portion.
