This is a mounting system for two parallel watercooling lines to route them through the Fractal Terra PC Case. The part is attached to two mounting points at the PSU bracket. You will need two M3x30mm screws in order to place it. It's designed to fit tubes with 13mm outer diameter.
Additionally I uploaded another small bracket to route two tubes parallel to each other.
For both parts I used 0.3mm layer height. The small bracket I printed with 0% infill, the big bracket with 5%. Both parts were printed, laying flat on one side.
