I picked up an AirSense 10 as a backup to my AirSense 11 and set out to remix InverseInductor's AirSense 10 adapter:

It didn't quite work out so I started from scratch and came up with this. I actually like it better than my model for the 11 so I may redo that one at some point to get an even better fit to the unit.

This is designed to attach the bayonet filters like these: https://a.co/d/46r1lV2

There is a spot behind the 3 locking lugs that is meant for a gasket. This is the one I used for myself: https://a.co/d/84Vq5uZ

Thanks to @gencitch_370375 for his 3M filter compatible bayonet design. It saved me quite a bit of time as well as test prints for fitment.

Caveat: As with my other design I don't know if this will lessen the life of your unit because of increased pressure requirements. Seems to work OK for me and I am  quite happy with it but it is very much a use at your own risk situation. (Also make sure you clean up any stringing or loose bits in the adapter. You don't want to be breathing that stuff in.) T

This has not been tested for safety and while it works just fine for me it's up to you to make sure you're getting the pressures you need while you sleep!!!
