Customizer - Table Saw Insert (Remix)

Remix of excellent OpenSCAD design by Green Eyed Devil, added a few features for my saw that weren't included, spiffed up the UI a little.

Tiny offset for magnet holes so they are clear on bottom
Minor color changes
Minor adjustments to riving knife for symmetry
Added bevel for finger hole
Added support for locking lugs and lock thumbscrew hole for Grizzly and other saws
Improved OpenSCAD UI

Added JSON config file with Grizzly settings.
