Print the top part with color change, print the pin back button, then add a tiny bit of glue and attach the two parts together, wait for the glue to dry, and voila, your pin-charm is ready! 

I recommend printing at 0.1 mm for a smooth result.

I add Color Change in slicer at 3.2 mm.

No supports needed.
