Modular Hex Drawer

Modular drawer system with a honeycomb aesthetic. Made to be assembled without glue or other fasteners.

NOTES:

This model is still being evaluated for function, but my prints have come out beautifully in PETG and the dovetail holds well under load

This is an overhaul of the main functional elements of the design:

1. The box's size is increased from 75mm to 100mm.
2. The hexagonal tongue-and-groove joints have been replaced with a single through dovetail with 0.1mm tolerance for a strong press fit without glue
3. Fillets and chamfers have been added to reduce thermal stresses and ease separation from the print bed.
4. The hexagonal webbing at the back has been removed. A lib is provided on the back to prevent the drawer from moving beyond the enclosure.
5. Drawers are a single part.
