I designed this model because I couldn't find any like it with a fan and snap-fit features for my new 3D printer.
The top and bottom covers snap/click into place, eliminating the need for screws there. However, you will need 6x M3x6mm screws for the frame and fan. For attaching the Raspberry Pi and Pico, I've used included screws that come with the Pico.

After printing all parts, press in the printed click inserts. If they don't fit, use a knife to adjust them slightly. If you choose to use heat inserts, press them in as well. Then, assemble all the parts together and enjoy!
All parts can be printed without supports, except for the main frame part, which I recommend printing upside down. I printed everything with PETG at a 0.2 mm layer height.
