Nerdy Pocket Protector

Nerd as a culture has been mostly replaced by the Geek culture in recent decades, but some of us old-fashioned Nerds still like our Pocket Protectors.

For those less inclined, it might just be a Halloween Costume or a White Elephant gift.

Improvements involved enhancing the text display by orienting the print for text UP instead of on edge.  This requires glueing the two pieces together, but the quality is worth it.  I also fixed a weak spot where the display connects to the body.  I made the weak spot as part of the print, not as a glue joint, and also fixed a geometry bug that made that joint weaker.  Print at 100% infill to give it even more strength (doesn't increase print time more than a minute).

Print the pocket in the orientation it is, which is top opening first.  Print the display rotated 90 degrees so the text is top and prints last.  Put a color change at the first layer of the text to make the letters POP!

I printed at .20 layer height, 100% infill, PLA filament (red and black) on an Ender 3v3 SE printer.  Pocket prints in 3 hours, display in about 30 minutes with a color change in the first 10.
