UNSC helmet stand (infinite)

New helmet stand!
based on my favorite iteration of the UNSC insignia from the games

the pipe is 15mm diameter (this was mostly to accommodate the pipe on the base's design) but can be changed to fit whatever size you wanna use in the .step file that's included

the top is a different design than the prevous one, its a flat top instead of a semi spherical, mainly as a test after i saw other helmet stands are made in a similar style
