The Modular fan duct H3DA V1.2 Dual for for Creality Sprite Extruder is a cooling system designed for the Ender 3 S1, S1 Pro, and S1 Plus printers. This duct with dual 5015 fans is under development and aims to optimize cooling and print quality.
The H3DA V1.2 duct was designed in SOLIDWORKS
I have been actively testing this product over the last few weeks, finding the results to be consistently positive.
Update 25/03/24 -- If you don't want to change the 3010 fan on the hotend, you can use the BackplateNuts CR Touch file (Stock hotend or CHCB-OT Hotend)
NOTE: If the position of the CR-Touch interferes with the installation of the H3DA duct, consider relocating it to avoid obstructions.
For the effective installation of the H3DA DUCT V1.2 on Ender 3 S1, S1 Pro, and S1 Plus printers, it's necessary to make modifications to the hotend's cooling system. This is due to the CR-Touch's position conflicting with the intended duct placement, requiring the CR-Touch mount to be moved approximately 4 millimeters.
When you move the CR Touch, you should adjust the x-offset.
This value works for me:
x_offset: -34.0
A specific component has been designed to facilitate the proper repositioning of the CR-Touch, allowing for the H3DA DUCT V1.2 installation. The necessary files for this adjustment have already been uploaded and are available directly in this publication.
You can used this part too If you don’t want to change the hotend fan:
3x M3 8mm
2x M3 20mm
For optimal results, select a filament that withstands high temperatures, like PETG, PCTG, ABS, ASA, or PC. This precaution helps prevent any distortion due to the nozzle's heat.
