Case for Raspberry Pi 5 with MacArthur HAT and bottom NVME

This is a basic case for people using the OpenPlotter MacArthur HAT on top of a Raspberry Pi 5, with the Pimoroni bottom NVME.

It will require four 15mm standoffs in addition to the standoffs received with the Pimoroni and MacArthur boards.  When assembled, the boards are rigidly sandwiched between the top and bottom of the case, so it should be quite sturdy.
