Cable chain to organize all the cable mess, making it look tidy and somewhat industrial.

I added the Fusion 360 files so you can customize the cable chain as you wish. See Customization further down.

Printing instructions

For the linkage parts I recommend to print with supports, so that the arc of the link is printed a little better.

Make sure to orient the parts correctly, especially the tiny cover needs to be rotated 90 degrees.

Important: I used a decent amount of clearance designing the parts and it's almost perfectly printed using my BambuLab P1P. Though, the cover tends to end up a little bit loose. You can try to shrink the lengthy part a tiny bit in your slicer which might improve this issue. But it's not too bad for me.

Parts and Assembly instructions

There are different kinds of elements. The standard linkage is the one you will use mostly. The cables can be held in place when you add the clip, called Linkage cover small

The start link and end link can be used for the beginning and ending of your cable chain.

Use the open link to provide an exit for cables in the middle of the cable chain.

You can simply click all links together to build your own cable chain as you wish.

Customization

You can find the F360 files under files. The linkage cover small can be found in the standard link F360 file.

I'd recommend to only change the following two parameters in the F360 files: contentWidth and diaLinkage. You can control the overall size of the linkages using that parameter.

diaLinkage is barely tested, but seemed to work.
