Hook and Peg for Neon LED Signs (10mm holes)

Hook and Peg for Neon LED Signs (10mm / 0.39" holes). Made this model in Onshape for signs that don't come with mounting equipment.

Fits perfectly together with only friction. Use the base on the hook to drill into or use something like Command Strips to mount onto your wall.

The hook goes out 28mm (~1") from the wall so scaling the Z in your slicer of choice will help.

Dimensions:

Hook:

Base - 15mm x 25mm x 3 mm

Hooking tube - 10mm diameter x 25mm (5mm hole that is 5mm deep)

Peg

Base - 15mm Diameter x 2mm tall

Connector - 4.9mm diameter x 5mm tall

Printing notes:

Printing vertically is strong enough in most cases. No supports are needed if printing in that direction. Hook and Peg are separate parts. Recommend 25% infill with 6 line perimeters (or loops depending on your slicer). Layer height doesn't really matter but I stuck with 0.2mm (0.4mm nozzle). 

Print the hook horizontally (with the base laying on its long end) with supports if you need the most strength.

Should print fine with PLA and stronger.  Should print on any printer with well-tuned tolerances. (0.1mm) Personally have tested with my Bambu Lab A1 (before recalls of course) in BL Matte PLA and works perfectly.
