Galoob Animal Tire Rubber

This is best printed in TPE using a 0.2 or smaller layer setting.  TPU can also be used, but it is a little harder.

This will need supports with the lettering facing upwards.

The tire rubber will need to be installed using a head gun to warm the rubber, or creating a slit/cut on the inner side of the claw window.  You will need to super glue the cut back together.
