Spool Holder / Filament Dry Box for Ikea 365+ 10.6L box
I make 2 boxes in a bit difference details.
First box I trim the Spool Holder Base to fit with my printer 220x220 to print only once, but the base can move and push silaca gel box so I fix with double side tape.
Then second box I print the Front and Back base from the original design then screw it together using m3-8 nuts (find front and back stl files from the original link): https://www.printables.com/model/185335-filament-trockenbox-filament-dry-box
The roller I use 608zz remix model but it 77mm length then I trim it to 73mm length to fit with 74mm base, I made in 3 difference scaling (1.01 1.014 1.025) select one that printout fit with 608zz bearing.
The silica gel box from original is look too tall for me, so I cut it lower and draw a new cap to fit with new height. (I printed the cap but never use it :P)
for the filament feed hole, I try many model and finally select this PC4 bulkhead, but the original design I can not screw in the connector the hole is too small then I modify the hole a bit bigger and screw without using washer.
I also designed the hygrometer holder here: https://www.printables.com/model/775316-hygrometer-holder-for-dry-box
Print parameter:
Spool base print fine without supported, infill 15-30%
