Raspberry Pi cooling fan platform

This model is designed to mount a 40mm cooling fan to the RPi. It is intended to be used with my Raspberry Pi Stand. This model also allows access to the 40-pin header.

Since the board outline and hole pattern has not changed on the RPi, this is compatible with RPi versions 1/3/4/5 B/B+ boards.
