Shift Knob - Logitech G Driving Force Shifter

Update: Added a tolerance test based on feedback from makes. Please check fit with this part and adjust XY scale for desired fit before printing the whole part. 

Background

I took the basic design from my M12x1.75mm shift knob and adapted it to my new Logitech Driving Force Shifter. It's a direct replacement and the extended cylindrical profile provides additional feel/reference to the shifter gate locations vs the round knob. There is a drafted D-profile to make for a snug, wiggle free fit when installed.

* For even better feel, search for “logitech shifter screw mod” which adds a cap head screw on the detent spring to slightly increase spring preload. The slight increase in detent force goes great with this knob.

Printed in Overture Black PETG @ 0.3mm layer, 4 perimeters, 20% infill.

Installation

Pop the cap off factory knob, remove phillips screw, replace knob & reuse screw.
