WIP, print in asa/abs for better heat tolerance.

When using EBB42 board there's two caveats:

• The switch does not fit comfortably, I'm using sensorless homing for the x axis
• You need to turn the plastic for the canbus wire by 90 degrees so that the rear endstop will still trigger(alternatively you could home with sensorless aswell but it's tricky in my opinion.

Added support for sherpa micro extruder and BTT EBB42 among other things
