Router corners puzzle template

A modular model in order to make round corners whit router. Print very fast different radiuses and save on material.

You have to print the two “wings” that hold the different radius bits. The holes on the two ends of the wings are in order to hold the template with clamps without crushing them (strong point due to the perimeters).

Tested with PETG. No supports needed. 

Needs a good calibrated printer:

• Good elephant foot compensation;
• Good perimeter texture;
• Good corners;
• Good dimension tolerances;
• Good top an bottom sides of the prints.
