Parametric card holder/tray for board game inserts/organizers

The overall design of the card holder is based on js500's card trays for various board games, e.g. https://www.printables.com/model/449323

I rebuilt the card holder from scratch with a parametric design for my own inserts because of the variable height that I had available.

There are a couple of different modes you can configure, so you can generate the tray based on:
- available space in the box (with or without variable dividers)
- needed space for the cards (either with fixed, variable or no dividers)
You can also mix these configurations as you like (choose one per axis).

I'd recommend using this script with OpenSCAD nightly and the manifold function activated because it significantly decreases rendering time.
