You will need:
1x 4028 axial fan. Make sure it has strong static pressure. Server fans are excellent for this.
4x Ruthex M3 heat inserts
4x M3 40mm screws
1x JST-XH 2.54mm male plug XH-4A
1x Tube, 50mm inner diameter
Instructions:
The heatinserts go into the tube adapter. The rest is self explanatory. The fan i used is a Sunon VF40281BX-000U-S9H. It's very powerful but also very loud but has no issues of pushing air through a 3 meter long tube.
Print settings: At least 4 walls to make parts strong. Layerheight 0.2mm. Reccomend PETG because it's tough and has a little flex.
