Bigly Floatin' Duck

It's a floating head of a politician, with a duck toy like part attached to it.

The model is pretty tiny.

To make it float I had to make the bottom part solid using a blocking volume (there's a 3mf file for reference), while the rest has no infill (see last image) and only 1 wall loop.

You may also want to use supports for the part that touches the bed.

Balancing it, might be easier with bigger prints, as the upper walls would probable make less of an overall weight. 

You might also want to weigh it down some other way.
