Double DIN Mount BTT TMC5160T Plus

Narrow DIN rail mount for two BTT TNC5160T Plus external stepper drivers using the Voron PCB DIN rail clips.

BOM

• 8x M3x8 (SHCS or BHCS)
• 4x M2x8 selftapping screws (uses the standard Voron ones)
• 2x BTT TMC5160T Plus
• 2x VoronDesign PCB DIN rail clips (https://github.com/VoronDesign/Voron-Trident/blob/main/STLs/ElectronicsBay/pcb_din_clip_x3.stl)

Print Settings

• ABS or ASA (only tested with these, other materials may have another shrinkage and may NOT fit)
• FDM
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Extrusion width: 0.4 mm
• Infill percentage: 40%
• Wall count: 4
• Solid top/bottom layers: 5

Assembly

1. Mount the PCB DIN clips using the 4x M2x8 selftapping screws. ATTENTION: offcentered mounting holes. Orient the clips, so that the din rail is centered
2. Mount the TMC5160T  Plus drivers using the 8x M3x8 screws. Orientation: Screw terminals must face outwards
