Plastic scaper and blade holder remix

I like the model but needed to alter for my scraper. changed the scraper holder arm style and dimensions of the holder to accommodate my scraper. Made the blade storage opening with more tolerance. I don't have a skadis board so changed to allow it to be used on a pegboard (note if you use a hook pegboard mount insert blades in storage section first or use a pegboard plug) or screwed to a wall etc with a recessed screw hole. open as project. gcode for .4 and .6 nozzle for those that want it.
