With a length of 86 mm and a thickness of 5 mm, the scrapers are very compact. The grooves on the side of the handle provide a firm grip. The angle of the front wedge is 26.6° and is therefore quite robust. Of course the stability of the bed scrapers also depends on the material used and the layer height.
There are a total of 3 different scrapers which differ in width and filament usage. Each scraper is also available with rounded corners on the wedge.
The material consumption ranges from 3 to 4 grams per piece, depending on the model and printing settings used. Ideal for making useful use of filament residues. The approximate printing time is between 15 to 25 minutes.
It's possible that the fine grooves on the handle on the top layer may look unclean or have gaps. I therefore recommend printing the top layer as slowly as possible. It also makes sense to test different infill patterns for the top layer, e.g. monotonic lines and experiment with the number of perimeters. Of course, it's also an option to iron the surface.
Happy scraping!
