Reccomend printing in ABS/ASA or any other heat resistant and stiff material
0.2 layer height
50% infill (cubic or gyroid)
4-5 walls (can also add alternate extra wall for added stiffness)
Requires 6xM3 heat inserts for connections to carbon rods
Also reccomend glueing together the baseplate and the v6 cage with acetone or polycement for added part rigidity. Use M3 screws loosely inserted from underside for alignment while glue is drying.
This is just for the effector base plate, please see original model on thingiverse for rest of effector toolhead (E3Dv6 cage and fan ducts etc). https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4979221
Tollerances for 40mm heat sink fan and two 4010 blower fan can be a little tight, you may need to file edges of fans down a little bit
Also reccomend doing a trial print at lower infill and walls to test tollerances and fit, especially for M3 heat inserts. Depending on your printer setup ABS/ASA can shrink different amounts.
.step and .f3d files are included should you need to make any adjustments

The author remixed this model.
Thicker and sturdier base plate for the Flsun Q5 Universal v6 Effector.
Less flex compares to original.
Less prone to cracking around the heat inserts connected carbon arms
Easier to print due to no curved overhangs from first later.
