This is a Namo Amida Butsu script block that I created to place on our pure land alter. The Nembutsu text was taken from a Japanese scroll created by a zen priest.
I printed this on a Bambu Lab P1S using the standard .20mm setting. The base is printed in Hatchbox Dark Wood with a color change to Hatchbox Silk Bronze for the script at layer 101 (based on my dimension).
You’ll need to resize the block to your preference size. I resized to fit my bed diagonally and then set the Z access to 23mm so it to stand on its end. My size printed is 54mmm x 240mm x 23mm. I included my 3mf file in the zip file for reference.
You can print this using an AMS or easily pause the print and do a manual filament change where the text starts.
This looks and feels like real wood thanks to the Hatchbox Wood filament. I love this stuff!
