What is it?

It's a print-in-place tablet kickstand for landscape mode you can stick onto the back of a roughly 8-inch tablet (like the Fire HD 8 I sized it for) with VHB tape or some such. As it prints, you can add 6 5x1mm neodymium magnets to hold the stand closed when not in use.

How do I add the magnets?

Set a print pause just where the magnet holes get printed over (on my print, this was layer 17.) You can insert a stack of 3 magnets in each of the four holes, then they'll be sealed into the print.

How thick is it?

It adds no more than 3mm of depth to a tablet, and provided you stick it over the center of mass of the tablet so it'll balance on it, it won't even interrupt Qi charging.

Wait, it's not flat anymore?

No, it's kind of not. Actually flipping the prop out didn't work as well as I wanted, plus the prop kind of levered against the VHB tape and pulled away from the device. A thumb tab now stands a little proud from the part to improve both problems, but depending on where you stick it to a tablet, it might not lay flat on a Qi charger anymore.
