I think the color I chose affected its use. I had it on for 24 hours in an area with a high number of flies and none went into the jar. 10 minutes after removing the metal ring, and sliding the lid over to create a small crescent-shaped gap. I had my first victim. I used a neon green PLA Silk. So stay away from that. Could be color, or the Silks reflectiveness. Either way, thank you.

Fantastic print, and thanks for the lure recipe!

Works great with the little gnats. Started getting good results pretty quickly. Printed at 0.2, 15%if. Thanks for the upload.

@Rizzocow that is awesome! What did you use for a lure?

Thnks @airrelic I concocted a mixture of Orange Juice, Water, a little sugar and a few drops of dish soap. Seems to work well.

Printed fine though the lines on the top are likely my bad. Works okay as a fruit fly trap, but the tried and true plastic wrap with holes is better.

Your nozzle was too far from the print bed. Without a good first layer, you’re not likely to have a successful print. Love the color!

Oh totes. Gonna print again and will post a new pic
