Made this successfully with PLA, but it does require some post-printing work: the MagSafe puck holder is too small to fit the puck, I had to use a deburring tool to enlarge the hole a bit. Same with the smaller holes to clip the front cover on, had to enlarge them with a deburring tool. Once I did all that, the charging puck and parts fit together just fine.
@formerglory_858478 Thanks for sharing. What printer did you print this on? I printed on a Bambu X1C and the puck fits perfectly. To be clear, you do have to "shove it in", but it was designed to be a super tight fit so it wouldn't fall out or need any form of adhesive to keep it in. Thanks!
