Smart Orbiter v3 - noise mod from angry mosquito to a nice swoosh

This obviously won't be compatible with all mounting options, but might work with some.

I'm currently testing the fan at 65~70% speed which with this mod has an unobtrusive whoosh  noise and so far no clog (mostly tested TPU at 240~250C for 45min prints, the heartbreak in this is good), before this mod even at 70% the angry mosquito noise was not very loud per se but very present and giving me a headache after 30min in the same room.

The fan mounting screws are too short to screw into plastic, so you'll need M3x4~M3x6
as for the screw that mounts this piece onto the orbiter, I made different size based on what you have on hand, screw length is in the filename.

there are three main models (each with two screw length option)

• one with heat inserts in case you want to screw a fan cover or anything (28mm apart)
• one with no holes
• one with a top right hole to access one of the screws on the orbiter, not sure if it's needed, but its there as that may allow dissembling the orbiter without having to deal with unmounting the fan

Print face down with tree print support.
I recommend you use a screw first without the fan to better shape the screw holes.
One of the rear screw is blocked by the wire from the fan, so the mount needs to be installed first before the fan.
