Voron v0.2 PEI Sheet positioning jig

This is a remix of Voron v0.1 PEI Sheet positioning jig. I designed the curvature, which facilitates and self-positioning the inserted PEI sheet. In addition, I converted it to a CAD model for later easy editing.
