I created this as my first foray into 3d modeling since the 1990s.
The intent was to support proper rack rails in a single IKEA Lack Coffee table. This is the base to my Prusa Lack Enclosure as well as my server rack.
I did not want to drill into the legs of the table as they are hollow. It is also incredibly difficult to mount anything that uses square holes if I had to drill holes. I saw the original and loved the idea so I did some maths and attempted to create a version that suited my needs.
They have a label on them for where on the legs they are supposed to go.
I used two of each model to create a four post rack.
The author remixed this model.
These were extended height wise with an additional 20 mm on the base. An additional countersunk hole added to accommodate flat head screw if used. The mounting holes were lowered on the rack mounting support to better line up with the Adam Hall rails recommended originally.
