VW T5, T6 California Cupboard / Deckenschrank / Deckenregal

Der Schrankkorpus muss mit PETG, besser noch mit PCTG gedruckt werden. Für die Front wird 3mm dickes Acrylglas benötigt. Jedes Frontelement wird mit 3 verdeckt angebrachten Scharnieren am Korpus befestigt und durch jeweils 2 Magnete verriegelt. 

Die 3 einzelnen Schränke werden durch Schrauben zu einer Einheit miteinander verbunden. Unterhalb der Schränke ist zwischen jedem Schrankelement eine Öffnung vorbereitet, die eine nachträgliche, durchgehende Montage eines LED Lichtstreifens ermöglichen.

Das Regal passt in den VW Bus California der Baureihen T5 und T6. Das Regal wird über der Küchenzeile eingehängt. 

Es wird benötigt: 

• M3 Hutmuttern
• M3 Gewindeeinsätze (Schmelzgewinde)
• M3 Schrauben 6mm 8mm und 16 mm
• LouMaxx Magnetschäpper stark Haltekraft 4kg (10er Set auf Amazon)
• Scharniere Klappbar 44mm x 31mm (Amazon)
• je Regalelement ca. 800 gr Filament (mindestens 50% Infill)
• Optional Schubladenmatte (Amazon)

The cabinet body must be printed with PETG or even better with PCTG. 3 mm thick acrylic glass is required for the front. Each front element is attached to the body with 3 concealed hinges and locked in place with 2 magnets each.

The 3 individual cabinets are joined together with screws to form a single unit. An opening is prepared underneath the cupboards between each cupboard element to allow a continuous LED light strip to be retrofitted.

The shelf fits into the VW Bus California of the T5 and T6 series. The shelf is suspended above the kitchen unit.

• M3 threaded inserts (fusion thread)
• M3 screws 6mm 8mm and 16 mm

• Hinges Hinged 44mm x 31mm (Amazon)
• approx. 800 gr filament per shelf element (at least 50% infill)
• Optional drawer mat (Amazon)
