Wanted a charging dock for my sn30 pro's, of which I have two for playing my docked Odin 2, so designed this modular dock for either 1, 2, 3, or 4 sn30 pro's to be charged / stored at once.
For a single-bay dock, print the first bay, the front cover and the single bottom.
For a two-bay dock, print the first bay, one mid bay, the front cover and the double bottom.
For a three-bay dock, print the first bay, two mid bays, the front cover, and the triple bottom.
For a four-bay dock, print the first bay, three mid bays, the front cover, and the quadruple bottom.
I designed the fit of the USB cable around this product: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BX42HHC9
However, I included the step files so you can adjust to whatever dimension USB C cables you have available. I only use two of the 4 ends for my dock, but can use the other two for phones or what have you.
I designed to be printed with everything with 4 perimeter, 30% infill, PETG, on a 0.6mm nozzle, with organic supports from the print bed only, with no need for adhesives or fasteners. Print all parts in the orientation that they assemble in. Many other materials and slicer settings would probably be fine though. If you want a more grippy base, print the base out of TPU.
Happy printing! Happy gaming!
