A kit card puzzle style model of a mounted male (buck) whitetail deer
This was my first design in college for a cardboard project. We designed a model to be cut from cardboard on laser cutter and then assembled into a 3D model. I found the original files and converted them to a printable format. I have scaled it to fit easily on a single buildplate for my Ender 3 V2. Eventually I would like to make this into a kit “card” type model to make it easier to gift and potentially add numbering for assembly. If you follow the pictures there are some details for assembly. The last few pieces of the neck are very close in size, but there is a size difference which I try to show in the photos.
Printed in Overture Black PLA with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height. For me it was about a 2.5hr print.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
