MMU Buffer Extension (inspired by RMU buffer)

The item can extend the MMU Buffer (inspired by RMU Buffer) by 10cm. This can be useful if you have a longer PTFE Tube between MMU and Printer, for example if you're keeping the MMU out of the enclosure. A longer PTFE tube needs a slightly bigger buffer to accomodate the extra length of Filament.

You can use multiple of this extender to reach the desired length.
