Ikea Skadis - Shokz OpenRun Pro holder

I added an Ikea Skadis-compatible hook to this mount. Please print this upright with supports, so the hook won't break off. I'm not sure if this excessive amount of support material is necessary, but make sure to remove it cleanly; otherwise, the cable won't fit.
