Battery Daddy CR2032 Holder (D-Cell Size)

The inner curve of the slots grips the batteries as you press them in so there is little to no risk of them falling out on their own.

You will likely need something small, such as an Allen/hex key, to press the batteries out from the other side, but since it is accessible there should be no risk of getting a battery stuck in the holder.

Remodeled from scratch to provide better clearances and shape to hold the batteries, but heavily inspired by this original design.
