Second attempt at a simple pelletizer, this time using a router bit rather than a drill bit. I picked up a 3/4" trim router bit, which has a bearing included, and designed this pelletizer around it. There has to be something solid for the filament to be cut against, and I had some scrap aluminum from something else that was a good cross section. I used a bit of that, and a couple screws to help hold it in and set it close to the router bit.
You'll need some M3 screws. I also used heat set inserts, but those aren't strictly required. Once assembled, the whole thing is mounted to my bench top drill press so that it's all nice and solid.
