I initially created this to test out the 5-Color MMU3 for the Prusa Mk4, but with its launch being delayed until… future times, I grabbed an A1 and modified it to do a 4 color variant. A 5 color system is much more flexible, but the 4 colors do a decent job and are a nice “snack” before I get the MMU. Of course, you can always print the 1-color version and paint or leave it as-is if you like.
This comes in 3 versions:
Note that the 9 color option can be achieved with a 5 color changer, planning, and some manual color swaps, as it never prints more than 5 distinct colors at a time. You can also achieve different shoe/necklace colors with the 4 color option by doing some manual color swaps, as well. I'd also suggest printing the hair in a color-changing or rainbow filament, as it was in my initial concept image. The intent was to be able to get creative with the colors in the MMU.
This must be printed with supports, and does well with organic supports on the build plate only.
