Nerf MEGA short dart cutter

Needed a good way to cut down MEGA darts for my Spring thunder. Works the same as other short dart cutters but with MEGA darts.

Option A: No edge, darts pushed in stem first

Option B: Edge, darts pushed in from the back head first
