Make a filament dryer box from two 5l Ikea Samla boxes.

Print two hinges and one clip (for easy lock placed in the middle of the box) or to big clips (for durable lock on sides).

It is better to fix the hinges to the box with small screws, there is a 2.2mm hole in the parts. The clip us not necessary to be fixed, but you can as well.

Hinges are printed in one piece, you can just clip it on the box.

Two Ikea Samla 28x19x14cm / 5l boxes are used.

The rest of the parts to make it really a dryer I am not sharing as those are customized and harder to replicate. However in principle I equipped the box with a cooler with fan from an old PC graphic card with installed heater element on the cooler back side. One bigger fan is installed on the top to circulate the heat. All devices are controlled by self made circuit based on ESP32. Fans and heater are controlled by PWM pulses using a N-channel logical level Mosfet transistor. DHT-22 sensor is installed to measure temperature and humidity. Small OLED display shows current values, device is controlled through a WEB HMI.
